Terms of service
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Inquiry & Quotes
Once you submit an order inquiry form, you will receive a price quote by email based on your requested cake details.
A response to this email quote is required to confirm that you would like to proceed. Your order will not move forward and is not confirmed until you respond to the quote and complete payment (or follow the payment instructions provided in our email).
Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change if not confirmed promptly.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received. Orders under %150 require full payment within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, and orders over $150 are subject to a deposit being paid within 24 hours. The deposit amount will be $100-$150 based on the price of your order total.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Custom Cakes
All cakes are custom-made to your specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details carefully, including design, flavour, size, spelling, colours, and pickup/delivery date before submitting payment. Once payment has been made, this confirms the order details on your invoice are correct.
While we strive to match inspiration photos or specific design requests, exact replicas are not guaranteed.
Order Changes
Order changes may be requested by email only and must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications are not guaranteed once preparation has begun.
Please ensure all order details (design, flavour, size, spelling, and pickup/delivery date) are correct before submitting payment.

Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the scheduled time. Once a cake has been picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation. If you do not collect your order on time, it may be subject to being cancelled with no refund or store credit given, or a new pick up time will need to be discussed. Please treat your pick up time as if it were an appointment time and do not be late.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies prior to placing an order.
We are not an allergen free kitchen as we are a home based business so do not take on allergen free bakes to ensure the safety of all participants.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
