REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Thank you for choosing no.krumbs! Every cake and other baked treat is handcrafted to order using fresh ingredients and designed especially for your celebration.
As each cake, cupcake, brownie and slice are custom-made, please take a moment to read our policy before placing your order.

Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our items, all sales are final.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.

• Minor variations in colour, decoration, or handmade finishes.

• A design that has been created in accordance with the approved order.

• Damage that occurs after collection or delivery.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection. Photographs of the baked treat must be provided so we can review the concern, and at least 90% of the item must be returned to us within 48 hours of collection so we can further inspect.

Where a genuine fault has occurred, no.krumbs will assess the matter and may offer an appropriate resolution, including a partial refund, store credit, or replacement where applicable.

Order Changes

Order changes may be requested by email only and must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications are not guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Please ensure all order details (design, flavour, size, spelling, and pickup/delivery date) are correct before submitting payment.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the collection date; however, all deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If an order is cancelled within 14 days of collection, no payments made will be refunded. As all cakes are custom-made, ingredients, supplies, and preparation are organized in advance to ensure your order is completed to the highest standard.

DEPOSIT’S AND DATE HOLDS

Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of your invoice being sent. Your requested date will only be held for 24 hours once this has been emailed to you.
