Can i Pay on pickup?

Unfortunately not, we require full payment prior to pickup. Orders under $115 require a full payment within 24 hours, orders over $115 require a 50% deposit within 24 hours, and then the full remaining payment is due 7 days before your order.

What if i am running late to pickup?

Please let us know if you are running late, sometimes we may be able to accommodate but it is best to ensure you plan adequate time to arrive. Treat this pick up as you would any other appointment and please respect our time. If you fail to collect your order during the pick up time, your order will be at risk of being cancelled and no refund will be given.

What are your hours?

We currently offer pick up on Thursdays, Fridays and occasional Saturdays. If you are needing another day, please message us and we will do our best to work with you. We have a toddler and second business, so our hours are limited. This will be discussed further when you submit your enquiry.

Can you copy this exact cake?

We do not copy other bakers work, instead we will take inspiration from it and make it our own. We hope that you understand this. We can create similar cakes, using our own piping and decorating techniques, but we will not copy each and every detail.

Do you cater to allergen free orders?

While we wish we could bake for everyone, we may not be the baker for you. Our baked treats are made in our home kitchen, and is not allergen free so we apologize to anyone this mat affect.

How do i store my treats?

You will have a care card attached to your order, please read this when you pick up and get into your car so you best know how to travel with your treats, and store them as well. Cakes and cupcakes are best served at room temperature, and are not to be left in the sun. As our cakes and cupcakes are full of butter, when they are cold the cakes will be hard and dry, when served and eaten at room temperature, they will be soft, moist and full of flavor. Brownies are best served at room temperature, and slices are best served cold.

I NEED A CAKE THIS WEEKEND, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Depending on the type of cake your after, and our availability, we may be able to do it for you. Our cakes take time, everything is made from scratch and we pour our heart and soul into them. Just like a piece of art, a cake takes time and patience. The more time we have, the better.
